Notion is the Swiss Army knife of productivity tools. Its block-based system can be assembled into notes, docs, wikis, databases, project boards, and more. Many teams replace multiple tools with just Notion. The database feature is particularly powerful—create relational databases with multiple views (table, board, calendar, gallery) and linked properties. This enables custom project management systems, CRMs, and content calendars. While the flexibility is powerful, it requires setup investment. Templates and the active community help, but Notion works best when someone takes ownership of building out the workspace.
